Industrial Engagement Committee Panel Discussion – Achieving Success in IndustryThe transition from Academia to Industry and long-term Industrial success often poses new and unique challenges. Recognition may not come from publications or grant funding, but rather accelerating delivery on a project that nets the business cost savings. Tying personnel contributions to project deliverables and cost savings is one mechanism that industry recognizes the accomplishments of Scientist and Engineers.
